WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
We’re all looking for something—purpose, peace, meaning. But everything we chase eventually leaves us empty. That’s because what our hearts truly long for is found in a Person—Jesus.
Jesus is the Son of God who came to rescue us. He lived the perfect life we couldn’t live and died the death we deserved, taking our sin and shame on Himself so we could be forgiven and know God. He rose from the dead to offer us new life. If you confess your sins to Jesus and submit your life to Him, He will give you that new life.
That’s the message of AEC. Everything we do flows from this Good News: loving Jesus, loving people, and helping others find life in Him.
When you visit, you’ll find people who aren’t perfect but are being changed by grace, worship that celebrates Jesus, and a community that truly cares. You're not on this website by accident—God is inviting you to know Him.
Whether you’re checking out AEC for the very first time or you’ve already spent a few weekends with us, we’re honored that you would set aside time to pursue loving Jesus with the many who call AEC their home.
Every weekend, at our 9:00 AM service, you’ll experience a few things:
A multi-generational gathering that lasts about 75 minutes
Worship music that points you to God and his gospel
Bible-based sermons
A kids ministry during the service that your kids will love.
General Info
Location
We are located on 705 Lafayette Street in Archbold, right across the street from Archbold High School
Parking
We have visitor parking available for you in our main lot closest to the main entrance.
Cafe
When you arrive, you’ll find coffee and cookies available.
Welcome Center
Straight through the front doors is our Welcome Center. Feel free to ask any questions you may have to the person at this desk.
Kids Cove
Right behind the Welcome Center desk is our Kids Cove. We have a dedicated check-in station for new families. You can find more information here.
Growing Deeper Classes
After the service, we have adults classes that meet from 10:30-11:30am in a few different classrooms. The Welcome Center desk will have more info about these classes as they change over time.
1st Step
We’d love for you to come to 1st Step, a monthly gathering after the worship service where we have the privilege of meeting you and telling you a little bit more about our church. This is on the first Sunday of the month in our office lobby area. Kids are welcome!

Church Center App
We use th Church Center for a variety of communication in our church. You can sign up for a group, check-in your child ahead of time, sign up for events, give online, see the church calendar, and view the weekly updates all in the same app. Click the button below to download the app and follow the instructions to sign in.
